Tullie House Museum

identity | brand | print | advertising | illustration

When Tullie House Museum in Carlisle wanted a new look to reflect their exciting new galleries, we created a bright and eyecatching identity.

Our solution reflected our belief that history is not primarily about remembering dates and stuffy legislation - it’s about people and all the same passions that still drive us today - greed, fear, faith, love...

So we devised an identity that featured faces from the Museum’s collection, combining this with strong typography and a new strapline - ‘Look history in the face’.

The new identity was applied successfully to leaflets, signage, stationery, adverts and posters to build a lively, punchy brand.
